Abstract Magazine 01

An article focusing on the crime in Chinatown area through the eyes of 3 courageous individuals. This piece ran in the inaugural issue of Abstract Magazine, A new Hawaii Lifestyle magazine.

I really wanted to keep this article very clean with some hints at the subject of the article itself. If you've every worked on a magazine before you know how crazy it can get. For the inaugural issue of Abstract a lot of the articles, including this one, was designed the day it was set to go to the printer. Needless to say, it was crazy! But with a lot of hard work, it miraculously all came together at the end.
